Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are expecting a baby girl, according to reports.
The superstar couple, who were rumoured to have hired a surrogate for $45,000 back in June, are looking forward to the arrival of their third child in January 2018.
In a report confirmed by TMZ, Kanye and Kim used a surrogate due to medical reasons, as her placenta accrete condition could kill her if she carries another baby.
The latest addition to the Kardashian-West family follows their first daughter North, who was born in 2013 and son Saint West who arrived in 2015.
A source close to the family told People that “the entire family is over the moon. Kim had been looking for a surrogate for months until recently when she found the perfect candidate.”
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s third child will be the ninth girl in the Kardashian family, not including Kris Jenner.
