Yeezy is back!

Kanye West has officially formed a supergroup called ‘Kids See Ghost’ with his friend and. long-time collaborator Kid Cudi.

The Chicago rapper made the surprise announced last night (19th April) in a series of tweets, also revealing that they plan to release a joint album together in June.

“Me and Cudi album June 8th,” he wrote. “It’s called Kids See Ghost. That’s the name of our group.”

Speaking about the album on Twitter, Kim Kardashian tweeted: “Kanye & Cudi album might actually be my favourite."

There were strong rumours about Kanye West and Kid Cudi working on new music together after the pair were spotted together in Japan.

Some fans thought their joint album would be called ‘Eveybody Wins’ after the hashtag was included with their group picture with director Coodie Simmons and Taskashi Murakami – the Japanese artist behind Kanye West’s iconic ‘Graduation’ cover.

At the time, the caption was “Coming Dec 31st” however it was later removed, suggesting the album was pushed back. 

Meanwhile, Kanye West also confirmed that the plans to release a solo album on 8th June.
