Some fans aren't happy with Cole.
Smokepurpp fans have been chanting “f*ck J. Cole” at shows after it was rumoured that Cole dissed him on new album ‘KOD’.
On the album’s final song ‘1985’, J. Cole appeared to take shots at the new generation of ‘mumble rappers’, encouraging them to be more intelligent with their business moves and lyrics.
“I heard one of em’ diss me, I’m surprised I ain’t trippin’, listen good to my reply/Come here lil’ man, let me talk with ya/See if I can paint for you the larger picture,” rapped Cole on the song.
Despite Cole not mentioning anyone in particular, Lil Pump and Smokepurpp have responded.
Lil Pump, who made a “F*ck J. Cole” diss track in the past, quickly responded to the track on Instagram.
However rapper Smokepurpp has taken things further by encouraging fans to chant “f*ck J. Cole” at his latest show.

J. Cole is yet to respond to the chants.
Meanwhile, the rapper’s new album ‘KOD’ has now broken Drake’s Apple Music streaming record for ‘Views’.
Cole’s new album overtook Drizzy’s 24-hour streaming record, earning an astonishing 64.5 million streams in its first day, in comparison to Drake’s 36.7 million in 2016.
