Drizzy opens up in a rare interview.
Canadian personality Nardwuar has released an hour-long interview with Drake and Noah ‘40’ Shebib.
In the wide-ranging interview, Drizzy opened up on his musical influences past and present.
The ‘Views’ rapper touched on The Notorious BIG, Vybz Kartel, Toronto Hip Hop and more.
He even discussed the time he almost got arrested in Jamaica with Mavado.
“In Jamaica at a stage show, the way the police monitor the shows is they try not to incite the crowd so they don't want you to swear," Drake said.
“You know my first thing, I was just excited to be in Jamaica so I was cussing up a storm. Yeah, they were about to arrest me."
He also confirmed rumours that he worked as a songwriter for Dr Dre as a teenager, before meeting Lil Wayne.

Meanwhile, Drake and 40 are currently celebrating the success of their new album ‘Views’.
The album reportedly sold over 1m copies in its first week in the US – the first Hip Hop album to do so since Lil Wayne’s ‘Tha Carter III’ in 2008.
Drake has also revealed that he has more new music on the way.
Speaking in an interview about ‘Views’, he said that he has new material that is nothing to do with the album.
