More over, Sasha Fierce.
But if fans took one thing from the release of 'Top Off', however, it's that Beyoncé wasn't featured on it at all - the bars were delivered by 'B'.
On TIDAL, 'Top Off' doesn't feature on Beyoncé's 'appears on' section on her artist page. An artist named 'B' is tagged in her place, and 'Top Off' is the only song mentioned on that artist's page.
The Beyhive were quick to jump on the theory that Bey is prepping a new alter ego ahead of her rumoured new music, as well as her hotly anticipated Coachella performance.
I have a theory that Beyoncé will be debuting a new alter ego named “B” sometime very soon. On her new song with Khaled she’s listed under a completely different artist. Coachella vibes possibly. pic.twitter.com/POVScC1iOw— Onika Tanya (@OnikazKingdom) 4 March 2018
Is Beyoncé giving us a rapper alter ego pic.twitter.com/3UwykiKdAa— IDK (@blk_ppg) 4 March 2018
We all know Beyoncé new album is gonna unleash a new alter ego who will spit better than everyone and I am ready— cosmina alice (@VanessaEnson) 2 March 2018
The 'Hold Up' singer has famously used an alter ego named Sasha Fierce in the past, so it's possible that she could be toying with the idea of a rap-based persona.
Beyoncé is yet to confirm the rumour.
The speculation follows recent reports claiming that Bey has registered six brand new songs in order to secure their rights.
