It has just been announced that Beyoncé will receive the 'Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award' at the year's MTV Video Music Awards on 24th August.
Queen Bey, who has lead the nominations this year with eight nods, will follow in the footsteps of Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Madonna and other iconic artists who have previously collected the award.
In addition to Usher, Ariana Grande and Zedd, Beyoncé will perform live on the night, her first performance on the VMA stage since she announced her pregnancy in 2011.
