Beyoncé And Jay Z Surprised U.S Troops On New Year's Eve

Beyoncé and Jay Z has a special surprise for U.S troops bringing in the new year in Kuwait and Afghanistan last week.  

The couple, who have recently been touring Southeast Asia, were presented on large screen just after the countdown that brought in 2015. Beyoncé delivered a personalised message to the troops, thanking them for their dedication and hardwork.

"I just want to say a big thank you to our troops for everything you do to keep our country safe," she said in the black and white clip. "We all sleep better at night knowing that you guys are protecting us, and we're filled with gratitude."

Bey went on to present the troops with a special screening of hers and Jay Z's 2014 'On The Run HBO Special.'

Since finishing their 'On The Run Tour' in the last quarter of 2014, Beyoncé and Jay Z have taken time out to travel. They spent Jay Z's 45th birthday in Iceland and more recently have visited Thailand and Cambodia whilst touring Southeast Asia.
