The R&B star and her dancers wore opulent gold outfits, with a pre-recorded visual on display behind them as Bey delivered a speech about motherhood.
Despite her growing bump, the star pulled out all the stops as she balanced precariously on a wooden chair during the performance.
Later, the 35-year-old sang amidst a sea of floating petals, reminiscent of her famous pregnancy announcement picture on Instagram.
Bey picked up two awards on the night - 'LEMONADE' won Best Urban Contemporary Album whilst 'Formation' earned the star Best Music Video.
After losing out on Record Of The Year to Adele, the British singer made an emotional Bey cry as she dedicated her award to her.
