The rapper also criticised Jay Z's latest album.
50 Cent has compared Kanye West's attitude to that of Donald Trump.
During a recent interview on US chat show Conan, the New York rapper claimed that the confidence of Yeezy was mirrored in the current US President.
Fif recalled the times when Kanye has likened himself to influential figures over the years, including Michael Jordan, Walt Disney, Steve Jobs and Jesus.
"Like Kanye will compare himself to Steve Jobs, Picasso, Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan, Walt Disney," he said.
“I think this is a big part of building your self-esteem but building it astronomically. You see yourself as the greatest of everything.”
Conan replied, “He’s doing the same thing …” before 50 cut in with, "… as Trump."
"It’s the same thing," the 'In Da Club' rapper continued, "It comes from that portion of your career where nobody actually believes in it.
"You have to have so much confidence for it to continue to exist. It builds up so high, he just had a harder time before that."
West famously met with Trump - who claimed that the pair had been "friends for a long time" - at his headquarters for a mysterious meeting in December 2016.
50 also took swipes at Jay Z's latest album '4:44', accusing Hov of "talking down" to the younger generation before admitting that he felt like Carlton Banks while listening to it.
50, real name Curtis James Jackson III, is currently promoting his upcoming move 'Den Of Thieves', which is due for US release this weekend.
