In 2011 50 Cent founded SMS Audio, a consumer electronics company focusing mainly on headphones. That same year 50 acquired Kono Audio, and while the headphones are still selling, this year 50 Cent had to pay out a remarkably large sum when he lost a lawsuit filed against the company.
