Relive the R&B and Garage legend's biggest tracks, featuring '7 Days,' 'Fill Me In' and 'Re-Rewind.'
Since bursting on to the music scene with his Artful Dodger collaboration 'Re-Rewind' back in 1999, Craig David has become a UK music legend. The release of his debut album 'Born To Do It' in 2000 saw him break records that he still holds to this day, and songs including '7 Days,' 'Fill Me In' and 'What's Your Flava' still get plays in clubs and on radios daily.
As Craig David makes his long-awaited musical comeback with the release of his 2015 single 'When The Bassline Drops' we relive some of his most epic tracks from the last 15 years - and fall in love with them all over again.
The third single to be released from Craig David's debut 'Born to Do It' album, 'Walking Away' is still to this day one of the ultimate chill-out r&b jams to stick on when you need some headspace. Hit play and enjoy.
'7 Days' is Craig David's biggest hit to date - and it's no surprise why. The song, which is homed on 'Born to Do It', helped the 2000 album make history by becoming the fastest selling album ever by a British male solo act - a record the album still holds to this day.
One of the most underrated tracks on Craig David's 'Born To Do It' album, 'Rendezvous' sees Craig David slow things down and exploit his smooth r&b vocals. The song went on to be David's fifth top 10 hit on the album.
'Fill Me In'
"Why were you creeping around late last night?.." - the lyrics that still get everyone lit in the club, even 15 years after it was first played. 'Fill Me In' was Craig David's first solo single and it shot to number one, making Craig David the youngest British male to have a UK number-one single since 1959.
'Rise & Fall' Feat. Sting
Craig David sampled Sting and teamed up with the iconic singer for his 'Slicker Than Your Average' slow-song 'Rise & Fall.' The track was a success, peaking at number two on the UK singles chart.
'Don't Love You No More (I'm Sorry)'
The biggest hit from Craig David's third studio album, 'The Story Goes...', 'Don't Love You No More' tied with '7 Days' for the most weeks spent - 15 in total - in the top 75 on the UK singles chart.
Artful Dodger - 'Re-Rewind'
Craig David's first taste of success came when his vocals featured on the now legendary Artful Dodger track 'Re-Rewind.' It's hard to believe the garage anthem was released all the way back in 1999.
'What's Your Flava'
"Tell me what's your flava?" peaked at number four back when it was released off Craig's 'Slicker Than Your Average' album in 2002.
'This Is the Girl' Feat. Kano
Remember this tune? It featured on both Kano's second album and Craig David's fourth studio album 'This Is The Girl' in 2007. Hit play and relive it.
'When The Bassline Drops' Feat. Big Narstie
This year Craig David made an epic musical comeback with the release of his garage-inspired new song 'When The Bassline Drops,' featuring Grime MC Big Narstie.
