South West Four Festival Terms and Conditions

RULES

1. 1.     The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at [http://www.capitalxtra.com/competition-terms-and-conditions/] (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘South West Four Festival)’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 14^th August to 20^th August on Capital Xtra (the “Radio Station”).
2. 2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

-        To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the competition keyword to the number given out on air (the “Text Message Line”).

-        Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.

-        The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

-        One entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

-        All selected entrants will be contacted by telephone. All Entrants selected will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

-        The selected winner with either be brought to air, or be name checked.

Eligibility:

1. Winners and their guest need to be aged 18 & over
2. ID will be required for entry into the event
3. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

1. 6.     There will be 7 x winners of 1 pair of tickets to South West Four Festival, on Saturday 26^th & Sunday 27^th August at Clapham Common, including access to the VIP Area.
2. 7.     All tickets will be collected from the box office on the day of the event.
3. 8.     Entrants must provide valid contact details.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
