There are A LOT of different styles of rapping that come under the banner of hip hop, some of which sound nothing like each other.

This video, by YouTuber and rapper None Like Joshua, should give you an overview of some of hip hop's most unique flows. Joshua demonstrates 23 styles including: old school, 90s gangsta rap, Iggy Azalea and he even attempts to give “grime rap” a go.
