The Kardashians fight back.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are attempting to stop Blac Chyna from using their family name.

Following her engagement to Rob Kardashian, Blac Chyna had legally requested to trademark the name ‘Angela Renee Kardashian’ for use in the entertainment industry.

However according to documents obtained by TMZ, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney’s companies are doing their best to stop the trademark from happening.

The three sisters claim that if the Blac Chyna receives the trademark, they will “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill”.

The documents also reportedly claim that Chyna is “deliberately seeking to profit from goodwill and popularity” of the Kardashian name.

Blac Chyna is yet to respond.

Meanwhile, the reality star gave birth to her daughter Dream Kardashian last month, alongside fiancée Rob.

The pair are reportedly planning to seal a deal to televise their upcoming wedding in a one-off special.
