Why you playing us Rocky?

A$AP Rocky has confirmed that he will not be releasing a mixtape with Rod Stewart this summer.
In a recent interview with Vulture the rapper dropped the news that the two would be unveiling a joint project called 'Born To Be Pretty' in a few months time, but then, in a 180 degree move, A$AP has taken to Twitter to let fans know that he was in fact only joking.
Although it might have seen like a strange partnership, the two have recently collaborated on new song 'Everytime' - so, it wasn't that unlikely. Why are you playing us A$AP?

A$AP Rocky has revealed plans to release new material featuring Rod Stewart.

In a interview with Vulture, the A$AP Mob chief made the unexpected announcement that "Me and Rod Stewart have a mixtape coming out. It's called Born To Be Pretty and it's definitely a panty-dropper. Droppin' this summer."

The 'Maggie May' singer was sampled on Rocky's single 'Everytime' which was produced by Mark Ronson and also featured Miguel.

Rocky's early-released 'At.Long.Last.A$AP' has reached the top 10 in the UK's album chart.
