Sevyn had another go in a girl group in 2007 as a part of 'RichGirl' – they group opened up for Beyonce's 2009 'I Am…' World Tour but eventually disbanded when they didn't managed to chart. Next, 'Se7n' would finally go solo.
In March 2012 Streeter released a song called 'Red Handed' alongside a statement that announced she had signed with Chris Brown's CBE Imprint. Se7en featured on his 2012 'Future' album as 'Sevyn' to mark her going solo.
The tune is a big hit on the Capital XTRA playlist and has given Sevyn some worldwide recognition. The video, directed by Breezy himself, shows Sevyn and Chris cosying up by the fire on a beach.
It was released in 2013 and debuted at No. 5 on the US R&B/Hip-Hop Album chart. Since then Sevyn's also released an EP of remixes to the Chris Brown-assisted single. 'It Won't Stop (Remixes)' features four new renditions of the song.

Kid Ink has jumped on the remix to Sevyn Streeter's latest single 'nEXT' - Sevyn sings; "How can my ex-boyfriend be my next boyfriend?" as Kid Ink comes back in to play the role of boyfriend, rapping; "Might say tonight was the last straw, but i the morning i'll be sipping from your glass jar."
Streeter is gearing up to release her debut solo studio album 'Sevyn', and she's got her eyes on her label mates for collaborations. "I'm on a label with a lot of dope artists" she told Billboard, "Wiz Khalifa, B.o.B, Bruno Mars. Hey, guys, I'm the girl on the label – let's work together!"
