Skepta is back!

Skepta has released a surprise new Grime song called ‘Hypocrisy’.

The punchy new track, which is produced by Skepta himself, hears the North London MC at his fiery best.

Listen to ‘Hypocrisy’ below:

“They try to disrespect me, when they’re online especially/ But everything cool when they check me, because I’m so cool and deadly,” he raps.

Interestingly, Skepta also suggests he turned down an MBE from the Queen, during this year’s Birthday Honours.

“Just came back from the Ivors/And look at what we collected/The MBE got rejected/I'm not trying to be accepted."

Skepta mention about the Ivors, is a reference to him picking up two awards at this year’s Ivor Novellos, for Songwriter Of The Year and Best Contemporary Song.

Meanwhile, Skepta and the rest of his collective Boy Better Know closed Glastonbury’s second biggest stage on the Sunday night.

The Grime crew will take over London’s O2 Arena in London on 27th August, which will feature special guests including ASAP Rocky, J Hus, Ghetts, Chip and more.
