She came, she slayed, she conquered.

Last night (Tuesday 5th June), New York City played host to the world premiere of 'Ocean's 8', and all eyes were on the star-studded all-female cast - in particular, Rihanna.

The Bajan songstress dazzled in a metallic purple Givenchy gown as she graced the red carpet at the Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall alongside her cast-mates.

Marking her first promotional event for the upcoming blockbuster, the 30-year-old oozed glamour as she posed arm in arm with fellow actresses Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway, Care Blanchett and Sarah Paulson.

Once inside the event, Rihanna was accompanied by her family including her mother Monica, brother Rajad and baby niece Majesty as they took their seats.

Footage from inside the screening appeared to show the star receiving the biggest round of applause after her name was announced. And, in true Rihanna style, her reaction was priceless.

The 'Wild Thoughts' singer was also captured deep in conversation with her costar Sarah Paulson during the premiere's after party before being pictured with the rest of the cast.

Rihanna plays a hacker named 'Nine Ball' in the upcoming movie. A sequel to the hugely successful 'Ocean's' franchise, the film drops on 8th June.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Rihanna has broken up with her rumoured billionaire boyfriend, Hassan Jameel, after becoming "tired of men".

The singer - who never publicly confirmed the romance, despite being spotted on numerous dates together - is yet to respond to the reports.
