Find out more details about K.Dot's much-anticipated new record.
Kendrick Lamar will release his new album in September 2014, according to people close to the Compton rapper. Work on the much-anticipated follow-up to 2012's 'good kid, m.A.A.d city' is thought to be well underway, Top Dawg Entertainment CEO Anthony Tiffith told Billboard.
The news will no doubt delight fans of Kendrick, whose debut album recently missed out on Best Rap Album at the Grammy Awards to Macklemore.
The result led to Macklemore claiming that Kendrick was "robbed" in a text message that he posted on Instagram. The saga continued when fellow nominee Drake claimed Macklemore shouldn't have sent the message.
