Drake Shouts Out Kendrick Lamar, Calls Him A 'King' At OVO Fest

But there were only "two kings in the game" last week?

Earlier this month during his surprise performance alongside J Cole on Cole's 'Dollar And A Dream' Tour, Drake told the audience there were only "two kings in the game right now" and they were standing "on stage."

The bold statement got people talking, especially as Kendrick Lamar was about to jump on the stage with J Cole right after Drizzy stepped off.

But Drizzy and J Cole's reign didn't last long. During his OVO Fest this week, Drake once again shared the stage with J Cole. This time round Drizzy went back on his earlier statement, giving a special nod to Kendrick during a speech he made.

"I want to shout out my n***a Kendrick Lamar. Kendrick was on my album. We went on tour together... He’s legendary, so shout out to him. He should be standing right there" Drizzy said as he stood next to J Cole.

He added, "There's a lot of kings in this sh*t".
