Beyonce And Jay Z Named World’s Highest-Paid Celebrity Couple

Jay and Bey are top of the game.

Beyonce and Jay Z have officially been named the highest-paid celebrity couple for the past year by Forbes. 

The Carters brought in a combined total of $107.5m over the past 12 months, with Queen Bey collecting $54m and Jay Z raking in $53.5m. 

The famous couple were helped out largely by the release of ‘Lemonade’, which was rumoured to be about Hov’s infidelity.

The TIDAL-exclusive album, combined with Beyonce’s coinciding sold out ‘Formation World Tour’, also added to their financial strength. 

However music wasn’t the only source of income for Jay and Bey – with brands such as Roc Nation, Armand de Brignac, D’USSE and Ivy Park proving to be very lucrative. 

Last year’s highest-paid celebrity couple were Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris, who would have won this year’s title again, if they had not split up recently.

Meanwhile, the couple recently went to Wimbledon to cheer on Serena Williams, which proved to be awkwardly amazing.
